Are you insured and DBS checked?
Yes. I am fully insured and Enhanced DBS checked for your peace of mind.
What experience do you have with dogs?
I hold a degree in Animal Science and have over two years’ experience working with and training therapy and assistance dogs. I regularly work with a wide range of breeds, ages, and temperaments.
Are you trained in canine first aid?
Yes. I am canine first aid trained, so I’m prepared to respond appropriately in an emergency.
How many dogs do you walk at once?
Group sizes are kept small to ensure every dog receives individual attention, enrichment, and safe supervision. I will only exceed group sizes of four with consent from the owners; dog walks cannot exceed six dogs at any time. Solo walks are also available if your dog prefers one-to-one care.
Will my dog be walked on or off lead?
This depends entirely on your dog, their recall, and your preferences. Dogs are only allowed off-lead with written owner consent and where it is safe and legal to do so.
How long are the walks?
Walks are tailored to your dog’s needs and are typically one hour. Puppy walks and gentle walks for older dogs are also available.
Do you offer meet and greets?
Yes. A free meet and greet is required before any service begins. This allows me to meet you and your pet, discuss routines, and ensure we’re a good fit.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety always comes first. Walks may be adjusted during extreme weather (heat, storms, icy conditions), and alternative enrichment or shorter walks may be offered if appropriate.
How do I book and pay?
Bookings can be made by contacting me directly via the website contact page, mobile phone number, WhatsApp or social media. Payment details will be discussed during your meet and greet.
What if I need to cancel?
I understand plans can change. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. Full cancellation terms are detailed in our policies.
Can you administer medication?
Yes, I can administer basic medication with clear written instructions from the owner or veterinarian.
